Do you have a brick and mortar office?

We maintain an office, but due to troubles in the past we do not advertise our location online and do not welcome unscheduled walk-ins

What sorts of investigations does this firm do?

How do I hire this firm?

You are always welcome to call our office at any time or send an email. It may be that we can't answer the phone, in which case a brief message is appreciated. And of course sending a letter to our PO Box is acceptable. We offer completely free consultations for every case.

What does assigning an investigation get me?

Aside from the obvious things like the evidence, photos, video, etc. You are also guaranteed a formal written report, detailing information gathered, if you so wish.

How do I pay?

Delivery of payment in person is welcome during regular business hours, via cash, money order, or check made out to Diversified Inquiry Services, LLC. And if circumstances permit, check, or money order by mail to our PO Box is acceptable. (I'd like to offer credit card via paypal if we can set that up)

Are you insured?

Yes, as per Oregon law, we are bonded and carry liability, and errors and omissions insurance.

How much does the average investigation cost?

Each investigation is entirely unique. Predicting the cost of an investigation is a difficult task. Travel, research, report writing, and time investigating are just a few of the things that might dictate the cost of an investigation. However we will never let the cost of an investigation go higher than discussed with a client. If we agree that you only have a set amount to assign an investigation, we will never spend more without discussing it with you.

Can you guarantee results of an investigation?

No. There is no way to calculate the sheer magnitude of variables present in any single investigation. No investigator can guarantee anything with 100% accuracy. But what we can guarantee is honesty and professionalism. We will supply you with the best information we can so that you can make the best decisions possible.
